Description

Characteristics and use:

TON PLUS is a protective hydro-oil repellent wet effect specific for stone materials with high absorption (terracotta, stones, cement agglomerates…).

TON PLUS:

is a water-based product, odourless, not dangerous and easy to use;
can be applied on both internal and external surfaces;
forms a chemical barrier against rising humidity and stain;
gives a marked lasting wet effect on the material without creating film on the surface, does not alter the appearance of the material;
eliminates or drastically reduces the absorption of water and liquids, fatty substances and oils in the material and counteracts the formation of saline efflorescence, scabs, patinas, algae, etc.);
is a protective that is normally used as the basis of wax treatments;
has a high chemical inertia and resistance to weathering and trampling;
maintains the original permeability to water vapor; it is breathable.

How to use

Apply on clean, dry and untreated surfaces.

Shake well before use;
It can be applied by distributing the product evenly with a brush, microfiber cloth, sponge or spreading fleece by wetting the surface to be treated and following the absorption of the material;
Avoid creating overlaps when writing TON PLUS;
Buffer any excess during the drying phase;
Where necessary, after at least 2 – 4 hours or at least a perfectly dry surface, it is possible to apply a second layer of TON PLUS or strengthen the stain protection with EXCEL PLUS.

Avoid that newly treated surfaces are exposed to the weather during the drying phase (12 – 24 hours). Then, after 4-6 hours you can apply a PRIMAMANO, IDROFIN or PAV05 type finish.

Yield: normally 1 lt / 6 -15 sqm.
