Protective for the water-repellent and anti-stain treatment of low-absorbent stone materials. It does not create a film, is breathable, and does not alter the appearance of the material.
Description
Characteristics and use:
ACTIV3 is a protective water-repellent and stain-resistant treatment for absorbent and non-absorbent stone materials: cotto, absorbent natural stone, and concrete.
ACTIV3:
- can be applied on both internal and external surfaces;
- avoids and contrasts rising damp (and consequently the formation of salt efflorescence, crusts, patinas, algae, etc.);
- eliminates or drastically reduces the absorption of water and liquids, fatty substances, and oils in the material;
- facilitates the cleaning of the absorbent material from dirt and stains;
- has high chemical inertness and resistance to atmospheric agents and trampling;
- does not create a film on the surface and does not alter the appearance of the material;
- maintains the original permeability to water vapor, breathable.
How to use
- The product is used pure on dry, clean, and untreated material;
- Is applied with a brush, soft cloth, or fleece wax spreader, uniformly wetting the surface to be treated until saturation, following its absorption;
- Insist on joints and cracks;
- After 5-10 minutes, completely remove the product that has not been absorbed by the material by rubbing the surface with a soft dry cloth or paper towel.
ACTIV3 dries in 6-8 hours. Protect or prevent freshly treated surfaces from being wet by rain within 24 hours of application.
Application types:
- 1 coat on poorly absorbent stone materials;
- 2 coats on absorbent stone materials and outdoors. The application of any second coat must be carried out as soon as the first is dry on the surface.
Yield:
- on marble, granite, and other non-absorbent materials 1lt/ 15 – 30 m2;
- on cotto, stone, grit, cement and other absorbent materials 1lt/8 – 15 m2.

Why apply ACTIV3?
Because stones and stone materials in general become stained due to rising damp, which creates hardly insoluble salts over time. The application of the product prevents these materials from getting damaged, preserves their aesthetic appearance, and also gives them anti-stain protection.
How long does the application of ACTIV3 on stone materials last?
The duration of the water-oil repellent protective product on even compact stone materials can be up to about 10 years and the product can be reapplied over time.
Does ACTIV3 leave the natural color to the material?
Yes, it leaves a natural color and raw look to the material.
How to clean surfaces treated with ACTIV3?
It is advisable to clean regularly with the UNIPUL detergent.
