Description
Characteristics and use:
OILTONER NERO is a product for pigmenting products: ONIX,PALLADIUM, TUSCANIA-OIL, ULTRATON, TIROIL, OLIO 41, OLIO TECNO,CAREZZA PLUS, ROYAL WAX, OIL-WET.
- OILTONER is an oil-soluble dispersion in aliphatic solvent of inorganic pigment. Versions of OILTONER BIANCO, GIALLO, ROSSO, CASTAGNO, NOCE, NERO.
- Pigment easily dispersible in waxes, oils and solvent-based impregnating and allows to obtain pigmentations of the absorbent material,which are “transparent” and not covering with great stability to light and weathering.
- Miscible in any proportion between the various color shades of OILTONER.
How to use
- Shake before use;
- If the pigmenting paste is thickened, redistribute with a small addition of white spirit water;
- Add OILTONER NERO in the product to be pigmented by mixing or shaking vigorously until the homogeneous dispersion of the pigment;
- The pigment in the pigmented product tends to settle over time on the bottom (especially the white version). Therefore, it is advisable to shake or mix periodically during use (every 10-15 minutes) and always in any subsequent use of the pigmented product.
Yield:
- the maximum recommended concentration of OILTONER NERO is 70 gr of OILTONER NERO on 1lt/kg of product to be pigmented;
- standard concentration 20 gr of OILTONER NERO on a 1lt/kg of product to be pigmented.
